We are working closely with a young couple in Sandgate to extend and upgrade their existing home.

Our design brief is as follows:

• Detailed extension and renovation 
• Retain the existing Queenslander charm and feel 
• Re-jig the upstairs layout to add an additional Bedroom
• Explore options for adding in a Ensuite for the Master Bed
• Extend the side of the house to increase the upstairs Living room size
• Inclose rear deck and shift the Kitchen and Dining into the space
• Redo the deck roof so that the newly inclosed deck’s ceiling matches the existing house
• Explore options of adding a side Verandah attached to the Bedrooms 
• Allow a space for a small bathroom upstairs
