• Guest Bedroom to be seperated from remaining Bedrooms  
• Minimum 2 car Garage, Ideally 3  
• Garage placement to inline / close to the street height to reduce the driveway slope
• House to be terraced to work around the sloped block
• Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen
• Second Living / Rumpus area
• Pool Design and Integration with the house is critical
• Pool to be done in stages so that it is in-place prior to construction of the main house
• House Design to maximise Ocean views from all levels
