We are working closely with a couple in Everton Park to raise, extend and renovate their existing home.

Our design brief is as follows:

• House Raise and possible slide
• Build under with a possible extension
• Explore multiple layout options
• Living space upstairs at the front to capture the sunset and city views
• Entry on the lower floor
• New double carport with added storage
• New more functional Kitchen
• Larger Living and Dining area
• New Master Suite ideally on the upper floor, explore multiple locations for the master
• House to ideally contain 5 Bedrooms if possible
• Lower floor to include, Bedrooms, Rumpus, Bath, Laundry and Storage
• Lower floor to also include a “Kitchenette” (Bar)
• Consider raising the lower floor height to minimise retaining and earthworks
• House to flow and feel connected to the deck and yard where possible
• Front yard to also be retained and levelled with a added fence for security
• Layout is the initial priority and then explore stylings and finishes at a later stage
• Design to be broken up into stages revolving around the budget
